  • Credentials27 yrs · Ontario Safety League instructor-trainer · P.R.I.D.E. certified · MTO-approved

“I designed and built a driving academy rather than a school. The difference is that an academy is built on refining, educating and giving the student the tools to excel. It’s not just about teaching the basics of driving.”

Nicole founded Journeys in 2015 and has 27 years as a driving instructor. She’s a certified in-vehicle instructor, classroom instructor, and teaching instructor for new driving instructors with the Ontario Safety League. She’s also P.R.I.D.E. certified, which is the credential behind our bus and fleet training.

She’s fully bilingual in English and French, with training in the Highway Traffic Act, fuel efficiency techniques and defensive driving, plus more than 30 years in customer service, leadership and management.

“I previously worked as a Customer Service Agent at the Sarnia DriveTest office for 17 years. I believe my years of experience and knowledge of the licensing process is a great asset I bring to the Journeys team.”

When you call, Jodi answers. She was born in Sarnia and is raising her family here. She holds a Lambton College diploma in Executive Office Administration, and her 17 years at Sarnia DriveTest mean she knows the licensing process from the other side of the counter. Not sure which course you need? Ask her.
