Good to know
Questions we get a lot
How much sooner can I take my G2?
Finishing the course updates your MTO record. That lets you book your G2 road test 8 months after getting your G1, instead of 12.
Will it lower my insurance?
It may. Some insurance providers offer a discount for completing an approved BDE program. Check with your provider.
Do I have to file anything?
No. We submit your completion ourselves, so there's nothing for you to send in.
Is Wallaceburg the same course?
Yes. Same program, same instructors, same certificate. Wallaceburg has three packages at its own prices.
Does a parent have to drive me?
Yes for classroom. We pick you up and drop you off within our boundaries for your in-vehicle lessons, from home or another spot we agree on.
Would online suit me better?
If your schedule is extremely busy, BDE Online lets you do the classroom hours at your own pace. The in-vehicle hours and the outcome are the same.
How do I get my Driver's Ed certification?
Go to ServiceOntario and ask for a driver's licence history search.
How quickly can I complete the program?
We have very flexible schedules and go according to your timeline. You can complete the program in as little as 2 weeks.
